Mr. Albers has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with over twelve years experience in contracts management. He effectively handled over $80 million in contracts as a consultant to the Environmental Detachment Charleston from 1996 to 1999. He became a contracts administrator for the South Carolina Research Authority from 1999 to 2001 where he handled all administrative and contractual issues for the environmental division. Mr. Albers is now in charge of all contracting and subcontracting for SBG-EEG.
