Renovation

SBG-EEG provides retrofits and upgrades to facilities that range from minor repairs to complete interior and exterior renovations including installation of new roofing systems.  Our skilled workforce is experienced in selective demolition and installation of the new components.  Our project management staff and supervisors effectively coordinate any building occupancy requirements being performed during the renovation project.  Past projects include renovations required to bring facilities into compliance with the International Building Code (IBC) such as seismic upgrades; as well as, complete change of use such as renovating a cafeteria into an administrative building.
